Do not hire bike from this brand. They will over charge you by far. They train their back office paople to push back your complains for over charge. They are bunch of thieves. Be careful!!!

Buggy, group ride functionality doesn't work and isn't available, not least mentioning how exorbitant the rates are. I feel sorry for New Yorkers because the rental cycle or scooter experience in any other European or Asian city is so much better.

Fairly good service, app could be better. The bikes generally worked well. Many of the docking stations were broken and wouldn't take a bike, plus it was difficult to find available docks. The app was slow to update and we'd arrive to find the station full. The 30 min time limit can be tough when you have to find an empty spot to dock. The app doesn't let you navigate to a dock and won't keep the screen from going blank. We had to use google for navigation and check back to the citi app.

The Citi Bike app gives you access to thousands of bikes in your area — unlock and pay directly from the app and get going. The Citi Bike app also shows upcoming public transit departures, including MTA subway trains, shuttles, local, limited, & express buses, LIRR commuter rail trains, Metro-North commuter rail trains, PATH rapid transit trains, Bee-Line local & express buses, NYC Ferries, the Staten Island Ferry, the AirTrain JFK, the AirTrain Newark, the Roosevelt Island Tramway, and NJT commuter rail trains, light rail trains, & buses.
