Cheruva - Telugu Dating app

No release notes.

Cheruva (చేరువ) is a Telugu dating app for Telugu speakers in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, across India, and abroad. "Cheruva" means closeness. The whole app is built around one idea: fewer strangers, more people who are actually there. Every match is mutual — you both said yes, or nothing happens. No cold DMs, no strangers in your inbox. WHY TELUGU SINGLES CHOOSE CHERUVA • Every single profile is selfie-verified — not as an optional badge, but as a requirement to get in at all. A live selfie is checked against your photos before you can browse. • Every account verifies a WhatsApp number. No throwaway profiles. • Free to join, free to match, free to chat • Her Challenge — women post a question, men answer it, and she picks who gets the match. Quality over quantity. • Block and report on every profile, with automated screening plus human review of reports • Built for Telugu speakers, with Telugu, English, Hindi and Urdu on your profile HOW IT WORKS Discover Browse verified Telugu singles in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Guntur, Warangal, Tirupati, Nellore and Karimnagar, plus Telugu communities in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai and abroad. Filter by age, district, profession, languages and what you are looking for. Her Challenge Tired of low-effort messages? Post a challenge question. Only thoughtful answers reach you, and you choose who to match with. Chats Matches open a private chat. Unanswered matches expire after 24 hours, so your inbox stays full of people who actually want to talk. Premium (optional) • Unlimited daily swipes • See everyone who liked you • SuperSwipe to stand out • Extend a match before it expires • Advanced filters You never need to pay to find a match. Premium is for people who want more. WHO IS CHERUVA FOR? • Telugu men and women aged 18+ looking for serious dating, friendship or marriage • Singles in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and across the two Telugu states • Telugu speakers working in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai and overseas • Anyone tired of apps that treat all of India as one market • Women who want a dating app that respects their time WHY WE BUILT CHERUVA Most dating apps make verification optional, and then the verified badge means nothing because half the app skipped it. Cheruva does it the other way round: you verify first, then you get in. That one decision is what makes the feed worth scrolling. GET STARTED IN 60 SECONDS 1. Download Cheruva 2.
