ok. free trial just started. it ends in two weeks. I can't afford annual it really sucks. the subscriptions to each and every app. id sooner pay an average cost(the median of what they're charging as a subscription) someone who is deeply divergent, neurally I can be really neurotic about some things!! I just started using it. 20 mins and I'll admit I feel some definite effects. those with audhd n ADHD alone will agree I think...the distractions begin to fade. sparks creative wordplay too

It's pretty good. I used it for a few months then got the yearly subscription. there's one major feature I'd like to have though, playlists. Or at least a "vibe" filter. I can choose a good song, but when I'm working on a dark, tense scene and the song changes to bright, piano music, it's kind of distracting.

I have inattentive ADHD and I have been looking at ways to concentrate, music normally does that but this app even after listening for over 40mins all I did was dance couldn't do any work , I changed the track a few times too, just danced. seems to work for some people - clearly not me lol 😂
