I have been using this system for 2 years and today by starting the winter heating, I really need to out my frustration. I can write much but there are only 500 characters so: too limited range, impossibility to install several controllers on an app, impossible to connect to the controller from a meshed WiFi range, app that stays stuck on home/ads page, app that asks for a system password that I never set, thermostat that makes too much light for sleeping rooms.

Incredibly frustrating experience after the latest update. I've been locked out and can no longer simply log in with my credentials — Bosch now requires the MAC address and device PIN printed on the back of the unit. Since my hub is built into furniture, I have to dismantle everything just to find the PIN. Not good. Bosch should instead auto-discover hubs already set up in the app and let users log back in without this hassle.
