awful, awful app. Avoid if possible. Took 20 minutes to create an account because of all the drops and hangs. still can login in the app. website is slightly more responsive but won't open the ticket link someone sent me.

This has to be the worse app ever, bought tickets and not able to access them.. Thinks Im a BOT, Ensuring a fair fan experience!!!! Help button doesn't work either, been messing about for over an hour just to buy tickets and not convinced it will be plain sailing when I do turn up at the venue.

I don't need yet another app. I just want to be emailed a QR code ticket and be done with it. It's yet another account to manage, that unnecessarily requires my phone number to access. It also blocks you from screenshotting your ticket code so if you don't have internet access at the venue then good luck.
