horrible. Signed up for subscription one year ago to see an article. Tried to cancel and says I don't have a subscription but keeps charging my credit card. I tried removing app, removing my info from app, emailing to cancel, reinstalling app, ....still nothing. I can't sign in to app because it won't let me. it sends an email I never get. Beyond frustrating when I'm paying for something I do not want and couldn't use if I did want it. :(
