It's a very good app however there are a few bugs, one of them being with the summary cutting out on mobile view even when clicking show more and the other being the app crashing when transcribing.

Zero support. Took 8 days to even acknowledge a concern only to never respond with an actual answer about multiple voice notes not saving. if this is the literal entire premise of your app then you'd think you'd get onto that. don't pay like I did and be full of regrets. woeful

A lot of things are buggy and always a new issue comes up. I stopped using android for a while because I've lost notes in the middle on recording countless times, And I started using web only and now the web is also having issues, I tried mentioning everything in feedback form but got no response. I miss the old quality and refinement when you started vn. sadly, available in all platforms feels like the only mvp now, even the quality of transcripts really become worse.
