Extremely horrible service. I have been reaching out to them for the past 2 weeks to unsubscribe the service. First of all, which app doesn't have an unsubscription option on the App? If money is all you want to scam a customer for, there are other ways to do so, for one, you can go beg for money, a more civil option compared to this cheap resort of stealing customers' money and not responding.

scam, they auto- renew without notification and there is no option to cancel the subscription on app unlike other OTT, Not user friendly and customer care experience is awfull. Update - tried to contact support team, very poor response and no proper resolution, delay in communication.
