After a year of communication with a loved one. Having a saved user ID and password it will log me in but now it doesn't give me an option to send a message. With credits on my account and with tuff times, it's like the money I used to buy credits it hurts the old wallet. Customer support is useless. Now my loved one hasn't heard from me in over a week. I do not like the fact you have to put 10, 15 or 25 to message someone but the inmates can move $0.15 over to their account Why do we have to spend so much? We got bills on bills out here.
