The new app is anything but helpful. You no longer can check communications from ING in the app; now you have to log in via website. You no longer can see what each transaction is, without opening the transaction and then seeing what it actually is. You no longer can see the balance, on the accounts you selected this for, without logging into the app.I have not come across anything new that has made my user experience better with this new app .A massive step backwards. Considering switching bank

First login on my tablet said my customer number/pin combo was invalid, so I changed it to a 5 digit pin as it required. Logged in fine. Installed on my phone and same error even though I am 100% using my new pin I just set, so had to reset again, but it only wants a 4 digit pin, but when I go to confirm it wont confirm. Now I can't login to my new app on my tablet or my old app on my phone because I'm blocked! Be wary of using the new app.

Slower, less intuitive, less user-friendly, and with less functionality than the app we're being forced to leave. ING is happy to ignore user experience and feedback, pushing users to migrate to an app that doesn't have the features it took them years to build into the old app.
