A huge red flag that they will apply penalties because of 1 star review. After I opened a ticket to address my concerns, ATA closed it, and they gave me a silence. Exactly as expected that they do NOT take reports seriously and attempt to silence those who will mention it. Shame that game developers like this are allowed to continue with such disgusting ways. It is a pay to win game and ATA has zero respect for their community. Add: ATA stop replying with false information
I love it so much
this game used to be fun, but now it's over run by toxic pay-to-win players. there's harassment and bullying in the chats and ATA doesn't do anything about it. all the players hide behind the pathetic excuse of " it's a PvP game" to explain their bullying of smaller players . but they're powerful in-game and spend hundreds of dollars to be so, so they do what they want with no consequences. if you're looking for a casual Sims-esque game style , keep looking.

Been playing this game since it came out and it used to be fun but as of the past few months it has become very annoying and not fun just like other people have said in their reviews it's a lot of bullies on here and when you make a report to ATA they do nothing about it I've seen how they have responded back to some people on here saying they are looking into it and that's a lie they do absolutely nothing about it and ATA I'm a HIGH player before you say anything I'm guessing ATA can't read
