The monster escape section adds a separate horror experience where you explore dangerous areas, avoid threats, and search for a way out while the hospital adventure remains at the core. Move through dark treatment rooms, corridors, hidden areas, and unusual locations inside the hospital. Each section introduces different routes, escape challenges, and dangerous encounters. The scary hospital environment combines exploration with movement and route-finding as you search for exits and uncover hidden areas. The new monster horror mode changes the pace of the game. Explore a separate environment connected to the monster, watch for danger, and find the correct route through the area. The focus remains on horror exploration and escape rather than combat or management mechanics. Outside the new mode, the main horror escape adventure continues through the animal hospital.
