I literally just wanted the most basic flashcard app ever that I could make my deck on without it prompting me for pro and plus and a bunch of unneeded features. For a bit, this had that! Sadly, not anymore. I shouldn’t have to pay to shuffle my flashcards brother.
I use this app for literally all my studying and it gets the job done for free. But there’s some glitch that won’t let me change the title of a set of Flashcards. Also, I can’t see the time, phone battery, or any info that’s at the top bar of an iPhone (because of the app’s white background) unless I set my phone to dark mode
I’ve been using this app for a few years now to brush up on languages before traveling and it’s indispensable to me.
Useful but I would like to get suitable for Mac OS version also. Hope to get it soon.
I've been using Flashcards for quite a while now, and I really liked the app. However, I've been repeatedly prompted to pay to get more translations. Given that I use the app so much I was happy to do this. Oh how I wish I hadn't bothered! Not only does paying for it not give me access to more translations, I'm also still prompted to 'pay up' up every time I try to use it. Worse still - there is no place that you can go to to get help. I tried to send a message on the company website and it got rejected because the company server isn't functioning. Go figure! I've tried everything I can to not give them a one star review, and give them a chance to fix it, but I'm now over $17 out of pocket for something that doesn't work. I tried to get a refund, and that doesn't work either. Put simply - I'm annoyed.
I paid the $3.99 per month because to get AI generated Flashcards, apparently you need to pay for it. And then when I tried to use it, it keeps prompting me to pay. I closed the app and that didn’t work. I turned off my phone and turned it back on. That didn’t work either. Junk.
