Signing up is easy, canceling is not. Don’t give them your credit card info, you will have to dispute charges & get a new card

Terrible Level of Functionality with Basic Subscription

I paid for a month of basic access to the app for $11.99. At first it was nice as I was able to create a plan for an upcoming two-week road trip. The problem was that even with a paid basic membership, I lost access to that plan after just a week. To access it after a week, they require another upgrade to the “premium” subscription. I felt VERY scammed by this subscription purchase and DO NOT recommend a subscription at ANY level as the subscription price is far too expensive.

Trip to FL

I used Roadtrippers to get my mom back to FL and it went great. I was very happy with all the options provided within the map, we found some great attractions along the route that I would not have found through regular GPS. Will definitely use the app again on our next Roadtrip.

SCAMMERS

I’ve repeatedly asked them to cancel my subscription and was just charged over $100. Now they are refusing to refund me even though I have told them that I lost my job and wasn’t supposed to be charged. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!!!!!!!!!
