Why the huge price increase?

My sister in law and I use this to communicate and have done for several years. Her quality of videos is great but mine are a bit blurry if I watch them back. But the reason for writing this review is the huge price hike. I only pay for premium because I want the ability to jot notes and occasionally speed a message up at times but a huge hike from £44.99 to £79.99 a year is way too much and I will be cancelling my subscription.

Everything useful is behind a paywall - even the video quality. I’ll send a video of an illustration I’ve done, talking through the details to a friend, and it’s just poor poor blurry quality. - no matter what WiFi I use or where I’m located in my house. What’s the bloody point? They can’t even see it. Made a video of a cake I made…can’t even see that it’s so blurry. When did this app become so cheap in services? I’m happy to pay but it’s greedy to ask for £150/annual. You’d make a lot more money with a much more affordable monthly subscription. Disappointing and makes me not want to use it

Stop putting basic functions behind a paywall

This app has a great concept and I enjoy using it to talk to friends and family, BUT please stop putting basic functions like scrubbing behind a paywall!! It’s infuriating. Many times I will need to stop watching a polo and when I try to continue it later, I have to press the 10 second fast forward button like 100 times just to get back to where I was. Super annoying. By all means put features like 2x speed, background playing, etc behind a subscription, but scrubbing? Be so for real! That’s just pure greed at it ruins the user experience.
