Bolt Driver: Drive & Earn

As a professional limousine driver in Dubai, my experience with Bolt has been extremely disappointing and unfair toward drivers. Account suspensions are happening without proper investigation, often due to customer mistakes, intentionally cancelled rides, or technical issues within the Bolt app itself. Instead of identifying real problems, the system seems to penalize drivers automatically, leaving hardworking professionals to suffer financial loss and stress. Drivers depend on these platforms for daily income, yet there is very little transparency or support when false complaints or app glitches occur. Many suspensions happen without clear explanation or a fair chance to respond. This creates an unsafe working environment where drivers feel unprotected and undervalued. Ride-hailing platforms must take responsibility for improving their systems and ensuring that both drivers and passengers are treated fairly. There needs to be a proper dispute process, real human review, and accountability when customer misuse or technical errors lead to driver penalties. I strongly believe Dubai authorities should intervene and ensure better regulations to protect professional drivers from unjust suspensions and income loss. Without fair policies and proper support, drivers continue to carry all the risks while platforms avoid responsibility.
