Disappointed in the app

I’m really disappointed with Shahid. As someone who enjoys Turkish series, I find the selection very limited, and it’s frustrating that many series are missing their later seasons. We start watching Season 1, get invested in the story, and then discover that Season 2 is not available. What’s the point of offering a series if you’re not going to provide all its seasons? What makes this even more frustrating is that Shahid offers a much wider selection of Turkish series in Lebanon compared to other regions. Why can’t viewers in other countries enjoy the same variety and content? Shahid really needs to improve its Turkish series library, add missing seasons, and offer a more consistent selection across countries. Customers pay for a subscription expecting access to complete series, not to be left waiting for seasons that may never arrive. I hope Shahid developer group takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, because the current experience is genuinely disappointing.

Download function is very frustrating

The movies on the app are great, however the download function is aweful. I have fast internet, but when downloading it just sits there downloading but without progress

Does not support chromecast

Chromecast used to be supported in the app but unfortunately not anymore which is a shame! What’s the point of the app if can’t play on tv screen using chromecast.

Login sucks

Please if you're subscribing for your family do not use your apple account because your family memebers will not be able to access the account. i have tried everything to try to login on my ipad but nothing works so i dont even understand why they made that an option and made it so hard to use.
