Impossible login and terrible customer service

Since WAVO was updated to OSN I keep getting asked to login everyday. It’s been a week and I am not able to login anymore. Changed the password and still nothing. Contacted customer service and no one answers. I’m paying the app for nothing!

Need to improve screen controls

Very bad screen controls (pause/play/stop) at the bottom of the screen. Bring it to the middle and add the option to go back 10secs or go further 10secs like Netflix do. And please consider to add a volume control on-screen too.
