Can't cut / Freezes

When it's ON, if I turn it OFF from iOS Settings, it'll turn ON. version 3.4.1 iOS 16.4.1 iPhone 13 mini This VPN freezes with the Mercari app. It doesn't reconnect unless I turn it on and off many times. version 3.4.1 iOS 16.5 iPhone 13 mini

接続が不安定です。

長年利用していますが、iphoneでは接続がよく切れて、自動で再接続してくれません。Androidでも使っていますが、こちらは非常に安定しています。また、接続先日本でよくつながるIPアドレスがスパム判定されているのも気になります。 安定性の向上、常時接続、キルスイッチの装備を希望しています。

つながっていると通信速度も安定していて快適ですが、アプリのアイドル時の接続維持の設定、iphone設定のオンデマンド接続をオンにしていても、かなりの頻度でしばらくすると勝手にVPNが切れてしまいます。改善希望です。

ライセンスの更新ができない

ライセンスを更新する為に課金しようとしたら、アップデートしてないのにアップデート中だとかでできない。ちゃんと説明してくださいね。

日本法人はともかく

このアプリそのものは良いんじゃないかと思う。 この会社は日本人が思うような社風や組織構造になってないように見える。逆に一部の日本人社員はそれに甘えたのかもしれない。 それにしても、あの件は確かに説明不足ですよね。
