Latest update is full of bugs

Both iphone app and ios TV app update is full of bug menus cannot be reached, live tv is missing. This can’t be happening. Paying subscription is not worth.

Regarding subscription

I have subscribed since June 2024 , using it in Japan. I always have glitches in using, 2 days ago my subscription suddenly disappeared and app started showing me ads … which is very annoying. And app asks me to subscribe again. It’s very frustrating while watching my favorite show. Fix the problem. I am trying to find a way to directly contact the customer care but it seems like you have no actual way to do that , only through chat bot.

Too expensive for other country subscription

Not able to play in Japan. However planned to take subscription in Japanese currency but to my surprise it is ¥12000 approx annually, which too high that one can’t even think of taking subscription whereas in India it’s just for Rs. 499/- only for annual subscription. We can say it is 13-14 times expensive as compared to INR. So would be better if it can be at affordable price.
