DOORDASH BETTER THAN UBER

DoorDash is way better than Uber because I realize the Uber started ripping me off every time that I had an issue with any of my orders. As I’m someone who orders regularly it’s normal to have issues now and then another regular user they started to tell me that I wasn’t allowed to get refunds anymore. This was very disappointing as every time I have issues with any single order especially if it is an expensive order and I don’t receive it or something goes wrong with it. They will never give me my money back, which is very terrible. Terrible customer service coming from an extremely rich company who has way more money than I do!!! or any of us! Absolutely ridiculous service and I am absolutely disappointed. I have been using DOORDASH NOW and the service is much more excellent than the service that I have received from Uber. As Uber are thieves and liars!!! DoorDash is by far more superior!!

Ghosted Deals

I was supposed to get 30% off according to an actual deal showing on my account and it said I already used it. I had not. Chatted with customer support and was given the runaround. Gave me a whopping $8 credit which didn’t even come close to the deal. I even sent screen shots. I am using the credit to order one last time. I’m recovering at home from an illness’s or else I wouldn’t order out. This will be my last ever order. Skip is way better to deal with.

Gps data of driver

I like DoorDash quite a bit. I like that I can get PC Optimum points. It has a fair amount of good options however safety is an issue because the GPS data turns off the minute. The food is dropped off and I’ve had occasions where the drivers will hide in the stairwell adjacent to my apartment door and I don’t know if they have left my building yet because the app doesn’t provide GPS data long enough for me to see if they have vacated the premises. Uber eats however does do this and I think it’s the safety improvement that’s the most needed with this app.

No way to complain!

When there is a problem with the order, too often, you are unable to reach the restaurant because they don’t answer their phone and there is no one that you can call at DoorDash to ask them to intervene on your behalf. I have had food missing, the wrong food delivered, and rude DoorDash drivers none of which I can do anything about. I think there needs to be a customer service number for doorDash that we can use

Overhall a very bad app

This app is absolute garbage. You can’t order with your paypal they absolutely want a credit card. The dashers are always lost & can’t find a simple appartement number, the online supports never believes you when you didn’t received what you paid for. It’s a complete joke.
