Onze schema’s voor beginners wisselen lopen en wandelen slim af, zodat je veilig en stap voor stap opbouwt, de meest haalbare manier om resultaat te boeken zonder jezelf te forceren. Maar ook wie al jaren loopt, blijft hangen: de opgebouwde trainingsschema's en de begeleiding van Evy maken elke run eenvoudigweg een pakje beter. Al 20 jaar zijn wij dé loopreferentie van België en Nederland. Wat ooit als podcast begon, is uitgegroeid tot wat een merkstrateeg treffend "erfgoed" noemde. “Net zoals de bobcampagne.” Dat is geen toeval: twintig jaar vertrouwen, 20 jaar échte resultaten voor honderdduizenden (!) lopers, met Evy als jouw vertrouwde loopvriendin die je bij elke stap aanmoedigt.
