Totalna lipa na iPhone 15

Znikajace kanaly na aplikacji, ciagle problemy z ogladaniem czegokolwiek na iPhone 15. Jeden dzien wszystko dziala a drugiego problem z bledami wyskakujacymi w aplikacji. Zrezygnowalem po 2 tyhodniach ciaglej walki z ta aplikacja. Nie polecam!!!

Aplikacja wybitnie żałosna, totalnie nieintuicyjna. Nie nadąża za potrzebami, po częstokroć się zawiesza bądź content jest blokowany czy też nie działa co na jedno wychodzi. Unikać

Service client honteux, Canal+ ne respecte pas ses abonnés

Après plus de 20 ans d’abonnement, je suis extrêmement déçu du service Canal+. Le service client est incompétent : interlocuteur qui parle à peine français, ne connaît pas les offres et cherche à embrouiller plutôt qu’à informer. Les anciens abonnés sont pénalisés alors que de meilleures conditions sont proposées aux nouveaux clients. On a l’impression d’être pris pour acquis après tant d’années de fidélité. Très mauvaise expérience, je déconseille.
