Nourely: AI Calorie Tracker

We've improved sign-in and subscription purchases, added a way to open subscription management, and fixed some bugs.

Take a photo of your meal. Nourely uses AI to estimate your calories and macronutrients, then allows you to review and adjust the results before saving. Keeping track of your food intake shouldn't be a chore. Nourely streamlines the process: snap, review, adjust, and record, making your food logging consistent and effortless. **A FASTER WAY TO LOG YOUR MEALS** • Estimate your meal's nutritional content from a photo using AI. • Review detected foods, portion sizes, calories, protein, fats, and carbohydrates. • Edit ingredients and nutritional values before you save. • Ask AI to revise an estimate based on your specific corrections. • Scan a barcode or a nutrition facts label for packaged items. • Add food manually whenever you prefer. **YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE** • Compare your consumed calories and macronutrients against your daily targets. • Organise your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks within your daily food diary. • Revisit meal photos and previous records in your diary. • See how much remains for your daily allowance. **TAILORED TO YOUR GOALS** • Choose from weight loss, maintenance, or healthy weight gain objectives. • Receive personalised calorie and macronutrient targets based on your profile and activity levels. • Record your current weight and monitor your progress over time. • Update your weight and targets as your plan evolves. AI results are estimates and can be edited before you save them. Nourely is designed for general wellness support and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
