Great job - got a couple future requestsLoving the app so far, I was just introduced to it and have been going crazy with Buzz agents hosted locally on my Mac.
1. Mobile notifications.
2. For me, every channel has a different combination of agents and every once in a while I need all of them to respond. It would be lovely to just do the @all / @everyone to get everyone that's in that specific channel or even the @[agent team] to get a certain team's attention
3. Would be awesome if there were preset or customizable actions for each reaction to a message. Agent takers certain actions based on the emoji you use on their message (❓ = elaborate, 👍🏾 = approval, ❤️ = save to memory).
4. A section for favorited/starred/saved messages so you can easily get back to a specific response

Overall really nice, one annoying quirkI’m really impressed, especially considering how young the project is. The one annoyance is that it is way to sensitive to long/hard press and scrolling a long post is really difficult because it keeps zooming it out and giving the ability to react.

Need Push NotificationsMissing push notifications, this is a critical business function, eagerly awaiting release so we can begin using the product again. Will gladly update the review upon release of the notifications feature.

Good startNo iPad support, needs notification server properly wired up as I do not get notifications. Incredibly difficult to wire up to remote agent on another machine, does not easily allow revocation of other devices that are logged in, and there’s not really a clear agent instruction as to wire itself into Buzz.

Still using it but please bring notifications on IOS appBuzz has huge potential, but notifications need to be the #1 priority
We moved our entire company from Slack to a self-hosted Buzz community, and overall we genuinely like the product. Messaging, channels, the native apps, and the self-hosted experience have been working well for us.
The biggest problem — and one that I think could hurt Buzz adoption while there is so much momentum around the project — is native notifications.
In-app notifications work, but reliable device notifications do not. If Buzz isn’t open, our employees can easily miss messages. For a business communication product, this is a critical feature rather than a nice-to-have.
For self-hosted communities using the official Buzz mobile apps, I would strongly encourage the team to prioritize the remaining push-notification work, particularly:
#5206 — self-hosted relay + official iOS app push support
#7682 — mobile RelayConfig reconnect loop preventing reliable NIP-PL lease publication
#6092 — Android FCM/client push implementation
#3229 — FCM transport in the push gateway
The recent NIP-PL and push-gateway work is very encouraging, especially now that end-to-end push has been demonstrated against a self-hosted relay. What we really need next is for this to reach the official App Store/Play Store apps, so users of self-hosted communities can receive reliable background notifications without maintaining their own mobile builds.
I think this deserves very high priority. Buzz has a lot of attention right now, and companies like ours are willing to move away from Slack. But if employees miss important messages because the app was closed, businesses may have no choice but to move back.
We want to stay on Buzz. Getting reliable notifications into the official apps would remove by far the biggest issue we’ve encountered with the migration.
