Vault: Pole Vault Training

This update makes VAULT easier to set up and more reliable at training. • Resume onboarding where you left off, with setup tailored to athletes and coaches. • Clearer subscription, sign-in and restore-purchase options. • Better offline saving and sync feedback for poles and sessions. • More reliable video handling when switching accounts. • Correct metric pole lengths on session share cards and clearer training progress statistics. • Improved large-text layouts, accessibility and dark-mode contrast. • Bug fixes for pole shorthand and jump history.

Vault is the complete training app for pole vault. Log every jump, attach the video, track your poles, and see exactly how you are progressing — all in one place. Built by Olympic pole vaulter Sondre Guttormsen for real runway sessions. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE No more scattered notes, camera rolls, and spreadsheets. Every session, jump, video, pole, and personal record lives in one app you can pull up between attempts or three seasons later. LOG JUMPS THE WAY VAULTERS THINK - Makes, misses, heights, and jump ratings - Grip, approach, mid-mark, takeoff, standards, and steps - Free-text notes on any attempt, plus session goals and conditions - Name poles in runway shorthand like 5-10-11-4 or 520-200; Vault understands flex versus pounds and pulls the matching pole from your library - Log hands-free with voice: capture up to five jumps in one note, say "next jump" between attempts, and review every entry before it saves VIDEO ON EVERY JUMP - Attach clips to the exact attempt they belong to - Build a searchable video library of your whole season - Put today's 5.60 next to last year's and see what changed DETAILED ANALYTICS - Personal records, season bests, and progression over time - First-attempt clear rate and attempts per clear - Average bar over grip and takeoff spread - Success rate by height, pole performance, and jump quality - Training versus competition trends TRACK EVERY POLE Keep your whole pole inventory in one library — brand, length, weight, and flex — so you always know what you were on, what worked, and what to pull out next. 250+ EXERCISES AND DRILLS A focused library covering technique, strength, mobility, and approach work, with video demonstrations. Ideas for your next session, ready when you need them. SHARE WITH YOUR CREW Follow teammates and training partners in the feed, share sessions and jumps, compare progress, and keep each other honest through a long season. NEW: COACHING Coach your athletes directly in Vault. Build your roster, organize group sessions, review athlete jumps and video, and leave feedback where the training already lives. PERSONAL VIDEO REVIEW Submit a single jump for focused feedback from a coach. Credits stay in your account until you use them, and completed reviews — video feedback, written notes, and next steps — stay in your history permanently. BUILT FOR POLE VAULT, NOT ADAPTED TO IT Vault is not a generic fitness tracker with a jump field bolted on. Every screen is designed around how vaulters and coaches actually work: daily training, meet review, season planning, and coach feedback. FROM FIRST RUNWAY SESSION TO FINALS Whether you are clearing your first bar or chasing a national standard, the workflow is the same: log the jump, watch the video, learn something, go again. Vault keeps the record so you can spend practice practising. Download Vault and log your next session. SUBSCRIPTIONS Logging new sessions, sharing, advanced training, and coaching features require a Pro or Coach Pro subscription. Eligible new subscribers may receive a free trial on an annual athlete plan; availability and duration are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Personal Video Review is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Privacy Policy: https://stavhopp.no/vault/privacy Terms of Service: https://stavhopp.no/vault/terms
