Stole my Money

It gave me an offer just over £3 to try it out for a week, like an 80% off so I thought fine, I’ll try it this once. Then after I went to naturally instantly cancel a subscription like I usually do. But it wasn’t in the subscriptions thing in my phone like it usually is, so I figured maybe it was a one time trial payment and I could do a subscription later. Today I woke up and it had too £17.99 from me. I frantic looked around and followed the instructions the app said to find the subscription in settings. Wasn’t there, so it lied. And now it’s stolen my money because it pretended it weren’t a subscription. Took me ages but I finally found a way to cancel it and because of this I will NEVER use this App again because I can’t afford to throw that money away but it just stole it anyways. For people who read this and have the same problem. Here is the solution they don’t tell you. You can cancel the subscription in the App. Go in the app and click profile. Then click the subscription. Then scroll all the way down, and it is the most tiny and impossible to read link that says “Manage Membership”. You can cancel it there. Disgusting how they have done this. I’m sure if I get any comment from the creators of the app it’ll be something like “Ohh I hear you” or “Sorry for the inconvenience” or something. But not gonna be anything like “Our bad. We can help give you your money back”. Prove me wrong developers…
