Zomline Survival

I’ve been playing Zoomline Survival for a while and had made very good progress on my account. I’ve also spent at least £20 on the game. Now I’ve suddenly lost access to my account and I’m unable to log in. This is extremely frustrating, especially after putting a significant amount of time into the game and spending real money on it. Whatever the reason for the login issue, players should not be left unable to access their progress and purchases without a clear explanation or proper support. I would expect the developers to take account access seriously, particularly when players have spent money on the game.

Absolutely loved the game, got to 6 million power. Then went on the game, and I couldn’t, my account had a “violation” and i couldn’t get on. I did nothing wrong and had my account suspended with no information or explanation. I spent money on this game, how do I get that refunded? Updated- so they replied saying it was a bug and to message them…I’ve sent three tickets all asking for clarification of what I’d done wrong and me asking to see anything related to what I was meant to have done. I didn’t get my account back or un-suspended. They told me I had broken the game rules. Before you spend your money here be aware you can lose access to your account at any point. I went to the AppStore explained what had happened and got refunded. I think I’ve tried to reach out enough (3 separate times) I think if this is something you’re genuinely interested in fixing, it’s about time you reach out to me, and all the other players affected by this “bug”.

Another game where you are located in big world with guilds/clans/alliances everywhere. Literally everything the same like other games from lvl6

As others have said this game is cloned from white out, king shot, last war, etc etc etc. I think AI is creating various versions of the same game.

Never been banned from a game in my life - downloaded this game and after a few days got a ban. Submitted a ticket and all I received was thank you for your message but you’ve violated the rules etc etc. I repeatedly asked what I had done but the same generic response
