Terrible experience on iPad OS

This app is not optimised for iPad at all. It doesn’t support landscape orientation, and it’s not scaled for an iPad in portrait mode. Please optimise this app for iPad as soon as possible.

What’s the issue?

Few days back the app started to provide wrong output now I’m unable to use it. Asks to check the be policy and opens a new html page and then that’s it the continue button never gets enabled to continue.
