Extremely disappointed

Not only could I not find out how the app works before paying free trial of $19.99 then another charge of $49.99 and another of $39.99! Then I found out they charge $4.99 for every subscription that I must find them and give them information to? I canceled the app within two hours of getting it because it was not what I was looking for nor what I was initially interested in getting the app in the first place. I requested a refund and cancellation since it had only been less than a couple hours. I received the boiler plate form letter. Your account has been cancelled and you are free to continue to use the site until your trial period. No refund would be sent back. Great turn to something that you think is going to help you and instead get another $100 taken from me because I genuinely believe people want to help. Try and read before you purchase
