Won’t work

I tried setting this up on my Subaru Forester both wired and wireless. The app claims it connected, but it doesn’t show on my car’s screen. I immediately cancelled the subscription, but I’m still out $29.99.

I have unsubscribed to this and it just keeps taking my money. I want to get a hold of someone to make this right. Can’t chat with anyone in the appt tells me it’s AI and can’t do anything. So I’m coming on here to see if I can get a hold of someone.
