Pure fraud - support of horror

I can only warn everyone against subscribing to Capcut. The provider is a fraudster who always debits payments a day early, thereby cheating their customers out of their subscription. The support is equally fraudulent. The cheated customer is irritated with emails that repeatedly ask the same nonsensical questions. The goal is clear: to make the aggrieved customer give up in frustration and forget about their demands. The cheated customer has no chance of ever getting a cent back from the provider. Under no circumstances should you subscribe to Capcut products if you don't want to be cheated and ripped off. There are countless better and reputable providers. Open.ai or Gemini.ai have an entire portfolio of better products and reputable support. Stay away from Capcut!
