Mexican street corn dip (love the game too)

MEXICAN STREET CORN DIP Ingredients: - 2 tablespoons salted butter - 4 cups frozen corn, thawed - 1 medium jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced - 1 clove garlic, minced - 6 tablespoons crumbled cotija cheese - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro - 1 medium lime, juiced - 1 teaspoon chili powder Instructions: 1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the corn, jalapeño, and garlic, and sauté until the corn is charred, about 8 to 10 minutes. 3. Remove the skillet from the heat. 4. Stir in the cotija cheese, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, and chili powder until combined. 5. Serve warm with your favorite tortilla chips!
