WARNING: Disastrous Support! Spent nearly €500 and lost everything!

I spent nearly €484,53 on in-app purchases in this game, but due to the lack of a functioning cloud save, everything is gone after switching my phone. After experiencing this terrible technical failure and being completely ignored by their support for weeks, I am completely done with this game. I have absolutely no interest in playing it ever again. I demand a full refund for all my purchases immediately, as the product I paid for is broken and unplayable. Apple support already confirmed the lack of developer support. Voila Games, reply to my emails and authorize the refund now!!!

Pay to Win

Es ist eigentlich ein gelungenes Spiel. Außer das man ab Runde 150 einfach nicht genug leveln kann um die höheren Runden zu erreichen. Um diese zu erreichen ohne Geld braucht Mann Tage lang Geduld bis man genug items zusammen hatt um auf zu leveln. Die vollenden Level werden expotentiel von der Schwierigkeit so hoch das Mann im Shop Geld aus geben muss um diese zu bestehen . Einfach schade ein reines pay to win. Ich möchte nicht wissen was die spitzen Spieler an Geld schon bezahlt haben um unter die ersten 10 zu kommen
