Who evaluates the violations?

I have come across questionable decisions regarding violations before but the last one may have won the grand prize! Player had been staying put in one place refusing to play and complaining about their teammates. All throughout the game they became verbally abusive even telling one of our teammates to go kill himself. But when I reported it at the end of the game “Silvanna did not find any violations…”.

Matching System Needs Work

50% of matches you can surrender in the first 5 minutes and the result is the same; the other 50% are so easy so win you don’t have to try. Their matching system is so poor it is common to have huge skill differences that individual skill doesn’t determine if you win or lose the match.

So much wrong I don’t even know where to start…

I’ve played a ton of MOBAs- Paragon, Predecessor, Smite, Honor of Kings, Arena of Valor, Heroes of the Storm just to name a few- and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever experienced. It’s always been bad but ever since Skystone took over it’s even worse. Matchmaking is abysmal, heroes are laughably unbalanced, there is no point reporting players for anything because there will be no consequences. I’m not joking- I’ve reported multiple players for using the N slur in chat and received an automated response stating “no violations were detected”. My god, they can’t even fix the avatar upload issue. There is no one working on this game except for the money grabbing parts of it. I’ve given up and uninstalled the game entirely. Don’t waste your time or mental health on this one. I recommend Honor of Kings if you’re looking for a mobile MOBA.

Fix issues

The biggest issue the US version only works over WiFi. Network Error over cellular. Over different devices ran over all possible option to fix it and still not working. Only with VPN connection. The Game is fun but match making is trash. One game you get decent players next it’s all trash it’s just not enjoyable when you see people in Ranks Fing around and no one can do anything about it. If I could have unlimited block on players it would have been great so I don’t see those people ever again. The reporting almost never works and really no one even care to report because of that. So fix the issues please 👎🏼
