Complete scam and fake reviews. After purchasing pro Abo you still can’t produce anything and still need to buy “coins”

Dear Hula Support Team, I am writing to express my serious frustration regarding the recent changes to the Hula AI app and the complete lack of proper support despite contacting you multiple times already. When I subscribed to Hula Premium Yearly, the app clearly offered weekly video and image generation features (including the 6 weekly generations). However, after your recent update, you changed everything to a coin-based system, and now almost nothing works anymore under the existing subscription. This is already the third time we are contacting you about this issue, and still there has been no proper solution. Instead of fixing the problem, the app constantly asks us to buy more coins, even though we already paid for a Premium Yearly subscription. This feels extremely misleading and unfair to existing subscribers. At the moment: * The promised generation features are not functioning properly * The previous subscription benefits appear to have been removed or restricted * The app repeatedly pushes additional coin purchases * Support responses have not resolved anything Frankly, this situation is unacceptable for paying customers. We expect one of the following immediately: 1. Restore the original Premium features we subscribed for 2. Properly activate the included weekly video/image generations 3. Or provide a fair refund for the subscription Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Or refund the subscription fee.
