Less reliable and increasingly frustrating

I’ve been using Kling AI for quite some time, and unfortunately, instead of seeing improvements, the experience seems to be getting worse. The platform is becoming increasingly expensive, yet the quality and reliability of the results are disappointing. Even with clear, detailed prompts, the AI frequently ignores basic instructions, changes things I specifically asked it to preserve, and produces results that are completely different from what I requested. Every failed generation costs credits, meaning users end up paying repeatedly for the platform’s inability to follow instructions. To make matters worse, new versions are advertised, but accessing or upgrading to them is far from straightforward. I don’t mind paying for a good service, but I do mind paying more for increasingly unreliable results. Higher costs should come with better performance, not more frustration. At this point, Kling AI feels less like a creative tool and more like an expensive exercise in trial and error. Very disappointing, especially for someone who has been using the platform for a while.

Apps manufacturered to rip customers off

App support terrible. Apps manufacturered to rip customers off App fails to work after payment. App requests more funds, only to decline to work. App service team support offer nothing on sight of funds/credit and fall back on their small print terms offering no customer refunds. Vixo is the way forward
