1v1 not fair

Who goes first is done on a random prediction on every deal, I swear I lose most games where opponent plays the last card of previous deal and then gets first card on next deal. Sure it will happen once every whole deck deal but random within the pack is costing lots of loses for me and I swear I lose out 3 out of 4
