Pushing subscription everywhere and no customer service

I installed the wrong app, and once I got in the app, it asks me to buy their subscription, and I can’t press any buttons No login, no signup whatsoever. There is an option to add an email, but it came off as error every time. The only proof I bought it is through my Apple account. I asked for their customer service to get me a refund. That was 3 days ago, no reply. Disputing it on App Store now. This is such a scam.
