FaxFlow - Send Fax from iPhone

Thank you for your continued 5-star ratings and support ;) This update makes sending faxes faster and more reliable, with a cleaner inbox for received faxes. Send and receive faxes securely from your iPhone, without a fax machine.

Send and receive faxes from your iPhone. No fax machine, no landline. FaxFlow turns your iPhone or iPad into a fax line: scan a document with your camera, enter the recipient's fax number, and it's delivered — with a confirmation you can keep. What you can do • Send faxes to any fax number in the US, Canada, and worldwide • Get your own US fax number and receive faxes with instant notifications • Scan paper documents with automatic edge detection and cleanup • Attach PDF, JPG, and PNG files from your phone or the Files app • Add a cover page with your name, number, and a short message • Get delivery confirmation for every fax, with a receipt you can share • Failed fax? We retry automatically What people fax with FaxFlow Tax forms to the IRS, applications to government offices, prescriptions and records to doctors' offices, insurance claims, signed contracts, bank documents. If an office still asks for a fax, FaxFlow handles it from your phone in about a minute. Is it secure? Yes. Faxes are encrypted in transit and delivered over dedicated phone lines — often the very reason medical, legal, and government offices still rely on fax. What does it cost? The app is free to download — scanning, cover pages, and fax preparation cost nothing. Sending and receiving require a subscription, because every fax travels over real phone lines we pay to operate. Weekly, monthly, and annual plans are available, and you can cancel anytime. Need just one fax? Take a weekly plan, send it, and cancel — no further charges. Questions?
