App cancellationThis app is honestly a nightmare. I had gotten it to use it a couple years ago now. And I decided to no longer use the app and the subscription. However now my mother is being charged an entire 2 years later? No trace of a subscription anywhere. She got a new card and now has been charged for this app again. It’s beyond frustrating. The support for this app is not helpful. No one responds quickly enough and I can’t speak to someone on the phone. We have no idea what we are supposed to do. But it’s starting to cause a lot of issues for us if this doesn’t get fixed us. I wouldn’t recommend getting it if you wish to use it for a short period of time then decide to cancel, you might randomly get charged and not know how to stop it.
