Game froze on one screen

I reached out to support via email and they told me reach trough chat even I told them screen frozen on quest journal and can’t access anything no reaction can’t even close that journal window so I can keep playing . Reboot and restart don’t help It loads but always stuck on same screen I save wizard Luna and only thing I have to complete is install canopy . I Don’t want to reinstall I will lose tracking . I was clear about frozen screen no chat access or anything Maybe new update will help This is what they told me : Greetings! Thank you for your message. Action Required Set Preferences

Message started this morning. It pops up every time I hit watch an ad. I’ve lost 90 energy points over the main game and two extras and I’m due to lose another 90 in ten minutes. I’ve lost the ability countless items dropping from sunflies. Normally I’d give the game a 5 but in this state it’s useless. Support has not responded.
