Paid full amount and games not opening in 16 pro max

I paid full amount back in march 2025. It worked really well for about 6-8 months then after the update game isn’t opening on my device even though I opened the ticket with Ubisoft but they didn’t provide any solution. I can’t play this game any longer even though having the updated device

Absolute trash

Hangs up on this “initializing graphics” screen every single time and will not load. When it was playing it would drop cameras so bad it was basically unplayable anyway. I want a refund

Great game, aweful save system

The game is awesome, as any assassins creed, but the constant freeze makes it aweful to play: as soon as you go to another app while playing and come back, the game freezes and crash. As there is no save possible while you are in a mission, even manually, you are obliged to restart the missions from scratch constantly!!! This is really a terrible experience. I’m on iPhone 17 pro max. Please solve that: - correct the crashes when going to another app - let the game save every time you do something in a mission.

Major New Free Update Available New storyline in a new location: Valley of Memory New Narrative Assassin’s Creed Mirage: Valley of Memory brings more than six hours of new free content and a brand-new chapter in Basim’s story set in AlUla, a stunning new region, rich in history, mystery, and danger. New Activities Side activities are back with new activities. Among them is Stolen Goods, where you must steal secret clues from thieves to recover valuable items. Also check out Melodies of the Oud, which challenges you to collect sheet music through parkour sequences. Quick Start A Quick Start option has been added from the main menu when starting a new game, letting you jump straight into this new storyline faster than ever. Increased Difficulty Customization Experience Basim's journey with 2 new difficulty presets : Hardened Assassin and Ultimate Assassin, or create your own customized difficulty. These two new presets offer their own Permadeath mode reward. Warning : Presets cannot be changed while in Permadeath mode. Additional skills and Upgrades Unlock a new skill on the Engineer skill tree and explore new ways to use your tools with additional level 3 upgrades. New Rewards Unlock new permadeath rewards and new exclusive Ubisoft Connect rewards. Head to the News section for more details on this update's new content.
