解約手続きがわからない

サブスクリプションに表示がされず、解約手続きもわかりにくく解約ができておらず、毎週課金継続され続けてた。解約しようとアカウント削除もしようとしたらポリシー違反と表示されてアプリが開けなくなりました。 ドラマが面白かっただけに残念です。

運営さんの対応が良い

ドラマについては、広告見て1日にあけれれる話数もまぁまぁ。システム的にちょっとなと言うところもあるけどそれはどのアプリでも同じだし。 再生機器が変わり、アカウント(UID)が変わってしまい、以前見ていたものが見れなくなり問い合わせすると、迅速丁寧、利用者の立場に立った柔軟な対応をしてくれてありがたかった。ショートドラマアプリで、ここまで親切な対応は初めてで感動した。
