I’ve played Jelly Splash since 2011 and spent my own money supporting this game. Repeated glitches have cost me thousands of coins, and despite multiple messages, customer service still hasn’t responded. I’m requesting 20,000 coins to compensate for my losses. It’s unacceptable to take customers’ money but ignore them when something goes wrong. Very disappointing!
this game needs to add a confirmation on coin expenditure. the play game button is right next to a button to pay coin for boosts to the game. a slip of the finger and BOOM the coins are drained off immediately and this cannot be reversed. it’s infuriating whether you paid for those coins or slowly and painfully built them up from winning prizes. this is probably deliberate and i hate it
I’ve played this game for 15 years all of a sudden every time I bought one coin pack I was charged for two every single time and nobody reimburse me. It is such a scam.
