CCleaner – Phone Cleaner

I downloaded the app to take advantage of the advertised three-day free trial. However, instead of receiving the free trial, I was immediately charged for an annual subscription. Furthermore, despite having an active subscription, all premium features remain locked. As a result, I received neither the promised free trial nor access to the services I paid for. I consider this practice unacceptable and misleading to consumers. I demand a full refund and am prepared to provide all supporting evidence.

Double charged me and customer support was less than helpful. Just ended up eating the second payment because it wasn’t worth the headache

I love CCleaner on my PC. I decided to try it for my mobile devices. The ad said free. But during the first scan, one screen required payment.

The main reason why I’m saying this is because the CCleaner from the computer application runs very smooth, opening all the files and all the directories from the system here it only gives you 2 to 3 options. The main option is the photo library about the photo library. That is something you can actually do through your iPhone or iPad. If you go to your settings storage then you can see the bar where it shows the storage drive what is being used and what is not being used. I wanted to actually open all the applications to see what is taking most space than others. What application is the one that is actually taken up the largest space from my storage drive. Therefore, that information is not available through this app, but through the app of the computer you can be able to see your applications taken up your space in which application you want to delete from 0 to 100% I thought this app will be showing the same information and sign as a user from sea cleaner for many years that I have been using this application. That said it only actually applies to your photo library and your contacts but not to your applications you download from the App Store if this app have the versatility or flexibility or options to be able to see each application one by one that you download from the App Store this will be a five stars out of five stars. I really think this can be extremely improved. This is 2026. We are on a very high futuristic year where AI has power and we can be able to contact artificial intelligence. So I don’t understand how this app does not have that permission settings.

I have used this app on my Windows computer and tried it on my phone, but it was like going from purgatory to hell. This incompetent app deleted all of my important contacts. I didn’t know until Siri told me he couldn’t find my contacts that I asked him to call. It was about to delete a lot of pictures without showing me the actual picture. It just showed me a gray box and wanted to delete it. When I tried one picture and went to the trash, it was actually a good picture. It was deleting it. I would stay far away from this app unless you want to go wild after losing all of your memories.
