Unfair Ban & Unprofessional BehaviourI had a very disappointing experience with Haza. I was inviting my friend to my official room, but due to a typing mistake, my message came out incorrectly. I immediately explained the mistake to the admin, Thalapati Sir, but instead of understanding the situation, my ID was banned and I was spoken to disrespectfully. I accept that I also reacted angrily after my ID was banned and used inappropriate words, and I sincerely apologize for that. However, I request Haza management to please review the voice notes and messages, listen to both sides, and take appropriate action. I hope this matter will be handled fairly and professionally.
