Farming Simulator 23 Netflix – Career Save and Game Handle Disappeared

Hello GIANTS Software Support Team, I am contacting you regarding a serious save-game issue with Farming Simulator 23: Netflix on my iPhone. My previous career save suddenly disappeared. I did NOT uninstall, offload, reset, or delete the game or its data. I am using the same Netflix profile as before. All of my previous career slots are now missing, and only “New Slot” is displayed with 0:00 / 0:01. I want to clarify that I did NOT create, start, or save a new career. I only opened the Career screen to check my existing saves. My previous Game Handle has also disappeared. The game now shows “Create New Game Handle.” However: * My previous achievements are still visible. * iPhone Storage still shows approximately 45 MB of Documents & Data for Farming Simulator 23. * The game is still installed. * I have not created a new career or Game Handle. * I have not uninstalled, offloaded, reset, or deleted any game data. Device: iPhone 16 Pro Max Platform: iOS / Mobile Issue noticed: August 31, 2026, around 9:30–10:00 PM IST I have already contacted Netflix Support, and they confirmed that the issue has been escalated to their concerned team for investigation. I am also contacting you directly in case this can be investigated from the Farming Simulator side. Could you please let me know if there is any way to recover or restore my previous career save and Game Handle? I have intentionally kept the game and its data untouched because I do not want to overwrite or damage any remaining save data. I can provide screenshots or any additional information you need. Chill and intrigue game to play

FS is one of my favr fun spare time game. I have played all of the mobile versions of it. The best thing of this game is that there is no right or wrong way to play, no levels or stages, no rules or actions, just sit back and do what you want to do with it in your own ideas. Will be checking out FS26 soon.

This game super fantastic but please add in app purchases (at low budget) so it can be easy to earn more by purchasing high end machines and also please signing option to save the game
