アカウント作成時は、30日間の無料試用期間と案内があるものの、その試用期間内に解約しても料金をクレジットカードに請求されます。 現在、Scribdのカスタマーセンターに返金要求を英語でしていますが、請求先のクレジットカードの一部番号を知らせても返答は無いし、銀行の引落とし証明書を要求されたり、実態とは異なる回答は本当に誠意がありません。 悪意があるアプリだと感じています。
