Terrible, just terrible

I feel like this app was designed by a group of 85 year old men with a dial up internet connection. Doesn’t load, freezes on bidding, you can’t successfully search for an item without it freezing and sending you back to start all over. And don’t try and click on a picture of an item, you get stuck in limbo until the app crashes and reloads. It’s made me not buy things from Goldin so many times because it’s just such a bad app. I don’t ever do reviews but I had to for this one. You need to hire somebody that’s not 100 years old to revamp this app.

Recent update unusable

Has never been a great app (navigating images of lots is a train wreck) but most recent update has rendered the app unusable - despite logging out/in several times none of my account info shows (purchases, bidding, watching, etc.); just all blank white screens. Feels like there’s a real opportunity to improve this app and hope you guys continue to work on it!
